Yes, in case that event had the option to choose HOMEticket. It is the same valid ticket as any ticket which is routinely for sale through the net of Ticketportal outlets.

No, there is no necessity for any special hardware, all you need to have is a laser printer. Though every printed ticket must has sharp and clear barcode.

At the entrance of the event will be checked the number of the ticket and barcode. Just the first visitor with valid ticket will be let into the event. Any other client, who will show the same ticket, will not be allowed and will be exposed to the possibility of legal penalty.

Check the setting of the PC and printer on which you are going to print HOMEticket. Try the printer to print a different document. Alternatively, follow the instructions in What to do in case of problems in the manual for your printer.

Print HOMEticket from the email sent to you as confirmation of your order or a print HOMEticket after log in from the detail of the order in My Orders section.

In case you can´t print your ticket, please try to print through another web browser. Tickets can be also saved into the PC as a PDF and transfer them or send them to another PC, where you can try to print them again. Please, watch out your tickets to not be abused by strange person. We recommend you immediately after printing, erase your tickets from this PC. Take care that printed tickets will not stay in the bin. We do not recommennd you to transfer/load your tickets on publicly accesed computers such as internet coffee, xerox shops etc. If you still can´t finish the operation, please contact Ticketportal technical department at support@ticketportal.sk.
