If you need an additional receipt beside ticket itself, which is already a proof of payment, you have to ask for it before purchasing a ticket. You can contact us by email at: objednavky@ticketportal.sk . Order then will be paid via bank transfer according to received invoice. Mind you, We cannot issue an additional receipt after purchasing a ticket.
Ticket will be delivered to your email as a PDF which you can print. If you did not receive an email or you cannot find it you can still Log in to your account at www.ticketportal.sk where you can find your ticket in the section My orders. If you still have technical problems in regard to the printing itself please check your printer settings at www.hometicket.sk
Payment process was not correctly executed. You can contact us by email: help@ticketportal.sk. We will check your payment with bank and contact you with further information. For quicker solution of your payment problem please write us some payment identificator. Either payment variable symbol, booking number or row and number of your seats.
Currently there is no ticket left. However there is a possibility of capacity increase or some reservations can be cancelled. You should continuously check the event page or you can contact us by email: help@ticketportal.sk.
Please click on „forgotten password“ in a log in form where you can enter your new password. Change will be saved after you click on the activation link which will be automatically send to your email account.
You can pick up your tickets at any of our outlets all over Slovakia. You can also pick up reservations for some events in the foreign network of Ticketportal. The list of outlets can be found on our website in the "Selling outlets" section, where you can verify whether you can pick up your tickets from your selected outlet.
Yes it is. Our internal linking allows you to purchase or pick up your tickets even in the Czech Republic. You can find the list of outlets at www.ticketportal.cz in the section "selling places". Similarly, it also works on the Polish and Hungarian Ticketportal site.
All events held at the O2 Arena in Prague can only be purchased directly in the Czech Republic. You can make a reservation www.ticketportal.cz. It will be valid for 24 hours. You can pay only at selected outlets in the Czech Republic or via www.ticketportal.cz.
Bought tickets can be returned only in the case when the show was cancelled or changed and there is official note and instruction about it at our website in the section „event alterations“.

Tickets can be returned only at the selling outlet where they were purchased, unless instructions say otherwise. The exception is the online payment which can only be returned through written request to reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. Refund will be transfered to the same account which was used for transaction.
Selling outlets are separate legal entities that are in contractual relationship with Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. and their founder isn't Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. itself.
First you have to choose a seat in which you are interested in and then in your basket press the option „add discount“. Then you will enter the number of your ISIC card or a code for your discount and after the verification you can set the discount. Thereafter, the price of your ticket will be reduced. Important notice : in this particular case you can order only one ticket at the same time. If you have 2 or more tickets in your basket, you cannot enter your discount code. If you have problem with online discount, please go to any outlet and ask for discount in person.
Since 1.4.2016 this service is no longer available for events which take place in Slovakia. However we still provide this option for czech events with the exception of O2 arena.You can easily make a new verification code after log in to your Ticketportal account. In the reservation detail, click on "Change verification code". After changing verification code, you can pick up your tickets at selected selling outlet. At selling outlet You will be asked for variable symbol and verification code. Mind you, only one figure isn't enough to pick up tickets.
Validity of the reservation will ends at midnight from 1st of January 2012 to 2nd of January 2012, unless the instructions of organizer will be specified otherwise. That menas that on the 1st of January 2012 will be able to pick up the reservation on our selling outlets or pay it online via internet.
If you are logged in and you do not have the option to book tickets, the only possibility is to pay online via internet or purchase tickets without reservation at one of our selling outlets.
In the case of cancellation or change of the event, we inform those clients from which we have a contact. If you want to be contacted in the future of such changes, we recommend that you fill out the registration and truthfully state the e-mail contact. The organizer is responsible for the information about cancellation or change of the event at the venue. Ticketportal isn't responsible for the conduct and organization of the event itself. On the basis of the contractual relationship with the organizer about the mediation, Ticketportal will provide sale of the tickets.
The tickets will be sent to the address stated in the registration. If you are not registered and you choose one of the REMAX options, you are asked for an address where the tickets will be sent. Tickets are sent next business day after the payment, or within a few days. Upon written request, immediately after payment, the email address change will be accepted at help@ticketportal.sk. Please, don't forget to state a reservation number or variable symbol so we can find it as soon as possible.
You are able to use an option to pay with vouchers Ticketportal and Benefit vouchers on our website. You are able to pay with Ticketportal vouchers or Benefit plus vouchers also at selected outlets. You can find the list of these outlets here.
If we can identify the owner of the tickets (tickets that have been lost, destroyed, washed, stolen or damaged) it is possible to make a duplicate after an agreement with the organizer for a fee (or proof of purchase of a particular place). We can accurately identify the owner of the tickets if you have booked or paid your ticket online. Contact us by email at help@ticketportal.sk.
If you have booked more tickets than you want, you can notify our vendor on selling outlet about your reservation that you take only a chosen number of tickets. Unpaid and unclaimed tickets after the date of validity will be automatically released for sale. If you want to pay the ticket over internet, we will modify your reservation. Just send as an email to help@ticketportal.sk.
Yes you can, just pick your seats to the basket and go further until the step no.4 „type of delivery“. There pick the type „Hometicket“ and enter the email address which will be used for ticket delivery. If you want to send tickets by courier delivery service, website will ask you to enter your postal address.
We will deliver your tickets to the same email which is used as a registration email at these social networks. That means, if you are registered at facebook with email xyxy@xyxy.sk this email will also be used for delivery of your tickets. If you cannot find them in your email, we recommend to log in at our website and check the section „my orders“.
Please contact us by email at help@ticketportal.sk. You have to write correct email address, incorrect email address and bill or proof of payment from your bank. Thereafter, we can verify your purchase and send your tickets to your account at ticketportal.sk
Please check your "Advertisment/Spam" bookmarks. If there are no tickets, please contact us at help@ticketportal.sk. For identification please send us variable payment symbol and the e-mail address to which the tickets were to be sent.
