Tickets for Czech events (with the exception of events at the O2 ARENA, you can pick them up in person at any Slovak point of sale based on a variable symbol and verification code, without any fee (classic ticket) at Ticketportal Sk, s.r.o.'s own sales points, or with an optional fee at authorized Sales Points. Current list of points of sale, including information on fees, is published on www.ticketportal.sk/SellingPlaces/ .
Tickets to the O2 ARENA can be bought online at www.ticketportal.cz. If you pay for the tickets to the O2 ARENA and give the option of picking them up at the point of sale based on the variable symbol and verification code, then the tickets can only be picked up at Czech points of sale places: www.ticketportal.cz/SellingPlaces/.
PACKETA
You can have your tickets sent by PACKETA courier service (also abroad), and the delivery fee will be charged in full to the ticket holder (classic ticket). The price of the delivery fee is indicated currently when choosing the pick-up method. You can also see the fees for this delivery method HERE.
All prices and charges must be known to the buyer before they start shopping and place the first item in their basket, i.e. e.g. information on prices and delivery charges (or cash on delivery), also any other charges if any (e.g. price for gift wrapping etc.). If this is not possible, the buyer must at least know in advance how to calculate them, or a link to a price list of specific carriers or a range of prices depending on the size/weight of the goods (i.e. shipping from 10 € to 25 € depending on the weight of the goods and the shipping distance), etc. These details should therefore be listed in a suitable place on the webshop page - e.g. in the "Delivery methods" tab. Otherwise, this could be assessed as an unfair practice during an SOI inspection.
MOBILticket
The method of ticket distribution using supported mobile applications is an electronic wallet (wallet), where the ticket is downloaded in this application on the basis of an online reservation and full payment of the ticket price.
